Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generator to identify and qualify potential customers for our products/services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, research abilities, and a passion for sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Research & Identification
-
Conduct market research to identify potential customers.

Use online databases, LinkedIn, directories, and other sources to gather leads.

Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
2. Outbound Lead Generation
-
Initiate cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate leads.
-
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and interest in the product/service.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline by continuously sourcing new leads.
3. Data Management & CRM Updates
-
Maintain an up-to-date lead database with accurate contact details.

Record lead interactions in CRM software for tracking and follow-ups.

Categorize leads based on interest level, business needs, and urgency.
4. Coordination with Sales & Marketing Teams
-
Collaborate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads.

Work with the marketing team to align campaigns and messaging.
-
Provide insights and feedback on lead quality and conversion trends.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
-
Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation performance.
-
Analyze conversion rates and suggest improvements in the lead-gen process.

Prepare reports on lead quality, sources, and engagement metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
✅ Skills:
✔ Strong verbal & written communication skills in English and Hindi.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
✔ Good research & data analysis abilities.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
