Post Name: Lead IMPS & UPI Operations
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 7 to 12 years
Accountabilities :
a) Implementation and Monitoring
b) Projects
c) Bank’s POC
d) KPIs
e) Handling of Audits
f) Collaboration activities
Major Activities :
a) Implementation and monitoring of Projects, enhancements and controls.
b) Project management for Automation Projects
c) Point of Contact (POC) for banks for Settlement, Reconciliation, disputes and Customer complaints, queries, GST issues and enhancements.
d) Work closely with Banks to address high Business declines, chargebacks, customer complaints and adjustments of timeout transactions.
e)Handling of Internal and external Audits.
f) Co-ordination with various departments and other stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Implementation and monitoring of Projects, enhancements and controls.
2. Project management for Automation Projects
3. Point of Contact (POC) for banks for Settlement, Reconciliation, disputes and Customer complaints, queries, GST issues and enhancements.
4. Work closely with Banks to address high Business declines, chargebacks, customer complaints and adjustments of timeout transactions.
5. Handling of Internal and external Audits.
6. Coordination with various departments and other stakeholders.
7. Good Knowledge in MS Office especially in Power Point and MS-Excel.
8. Good drafting Skills
