JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities
Youll partner closely with design and product teams to craft products with exceptional customer experiences and deliver the highest business value

An advocate of good coding standards, you drive teams to follow clean code principles, lead code reviews, and use tools like SONAR to improve code quality
Key Requirements
You live and breathe React JS and have a solid understanding of React JS and its core principles; as well as popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
Working knowledge of JavaScript and web technologies (HTML/CSS); and experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM as well as data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools and knowledge of Micro frontends (mFE) is a plus
You understand the importance of Testing and have experience using ideally Cucumber, Cypress, Selenium or PACT
You should grasp business requirements easily and turn them into technical requirements and solutions
You'll be surrounded by developers passionate about their craft so you should be one too. You are curious and constantly stay updated on the industry and trends
You hit the ground running on Day 1; you take ownership of your work and can work independently
For Lead Positions, Youll have more than 5 years of experience in professional application/frontend development
You're a leader you have experience leading development teams, as well as mentoring developers
