Job Description
Art direct and deliver high‑quality visual design outputs for publications and congress materials.
Translate complex medical/scientific content into clear, aesthetically strong visual communications.
Design and format figures, tables, posters, and presentations in line with journal and congress guidelines.
Act as a strategic design partner to assigned TA/function, ensuring excellence in congress deliverables.
Collaborate closely with writing teams to incorporate review feedback accurately and efficiently.
Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and organizational policies.
Education & Skills
Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in graphic design/animation/web design.
Preferred: BFA/MFA in Fine or Applied Arts.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
