Job Description
Own and continuously evolve the GxP, Medical Policies & Guidelines training
framework across GMA, IM MA, and Global Health MA. Maintain process
documentation up to date.
Translate QMS, regulatory, and Medical governance requirements into rolebased,
riskproportionate learning pathways.
Ensure training curriculum onboarding/offboarding, role-changes, and retraining
models are scalable and audit/inspectionready.
Support the training framework for International HEOR and Country Organization
by ensuring the creation and maintenance of defined curriculum.
