Job Description
Eligibility:
§ The Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree of 5 year integrated course in LLB with at least 55% of the marks, or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven-point scale along with a good academic record.
§ The Candidate must be enrolled as Advocate.
§ The Candidate must hold excellent technological skills including proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
§ The Candidate must possess excellent analytical and drafting skills and have solution driven approach.
§ The Candidate must have good proficiency in English and Gujarati Languages.
§ The Candidate must have the ability to undertake rigorous research on contracts and various Indian laws with pronounced evidence of strong drafting and transactional skills.
§ The Candidate must have a good legal acumen with willingness to appear before various courts/forums/tribunals and ability to carry out research, drafting and strategy discussions.
§ The Candidate must have strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Desirable:
§ Candidate holding Master’s Degree.
§ Candidate having knowledge of Gujarati Language.
§ The Candidate capable to travel across Gujarat if needed.
