Duties And Responsibilities -
Understand the wide range of commercial agreements, review the contracts, extraction of IT industry related agreements, licensing agreements , software, CDAs, MSA's, analyze the clauses and extract key clauses and summarize them.
Extract obligations as per published business rules/guidelines.
Upload them on a system or database.
Validate information in accordance with quality standards.
Regularly follow up and manage obligations via automation or manually.
Ensuring that the required productivity and quality is met in accordance with service levels.
To assist/work with team in adhoc activities in order to meet the deadlines.
Requirements
LLB / LLM or similar legal qualification
2 years experience working with / reviewing commercial contracts
Perform contract management services/tasks according to agreed project scope, deliverables and timelines.
Ensure project deliverable are in line with customer expectations, adjusting as necessary over project life cycle.
