Job Description
- Drafting/ Vetting Development Agreements, Agreement for sale, Affidavits, Power of Attorney, License Agreement, Lease Deed, Memorandum of Understanding, Deed of conveyance, Mortgage, Applications, Service Agreements(Operation), Bank Guarantees, Consultancy Agreements, Notices, reply to legal notices, Under takings, Indemnity Bonds & various other legal documents as & when required.
- Drafting/ Vetting the plaint, written statement, Notice of motion, Chamber Summons, appeals, applications, affidavits which are required to be filed on behalf of company.
- All acquisitions of land & built up commercial space-conducting elaborate legal due diligence, title search.
- To draft office buyer Agreement, Flat buyer Agreement, shop buyer Agreement, Handle transfer cases, Surrender cases.
- Coordinating the stamping and registration of the documents and provide appropriate advice
- Reverting on legal notices in relation to property matters and corporate litigation.
- Should have knowledge of Revenue department and capable to understand and work regarding 7/12 extracts, mutation extracts and documents regarding agricultural land.
