- Strong knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel and Nitro
- Experience in Computers
- Excellent writing skills
- Proficiency in legal research
- Ability to analyze complex issues
- Check Daily Orders of Delhi High Court
- Check Mikeleg al for update
- Sending confirmation email to the clients on email chain
- Check TM's and opposition on email address.
- Open the files of TM, Opposition and Litigation and update on the excel sheet
- Attention to detail and accuracy in legal documents
- Check Daily Cause List
- Courier Work like C&D, Summons and Evidence 46 etc.
- Printout and Scanning and save the file in respective folder
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in intellectual property rights (IPR) would be beneficial
