Role Description:

• We are looking for a highly qualified Legal Officer to oversee the legal aspects of our business. 
• The incumbent will safeguard our reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows prescribed legal guidelines. 
• The selected candidate will provide legal advice to management about all relevant matters pertaining to Legal and Commercial Operations.
  

 Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review agreements, business contracts and other legal documents to ensure consistency, effectiveness and compliance (MSA’s, Employment Contracts etc.)
  
• Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
  
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties in creating relations of trust
  
• Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures etc.)
  
• Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
  
• Conduct work with integrity and responsibility
  
• Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
  
• Review responses for Immigration related documentation (H-1B filing / RFE Responses etc.)
  

 Skills Required:

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
  
• Working knowledge of immigration procedures and documentation (USA primarily)
  
• Flexibility with work-timings (to support US EST time zone)
  
• Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
  
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
  
• Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information
  
• Exceptional communication skills
  
• Exposure to IT and Services industry will be addition 
• Experience : 4-8yrs
