Worked as clerk for school of computer science & application for 1.5 year & Lab programmer for computer science
& application for 5 months at Reva University Bagalur Yelahanka Bangalore.
Roles and Responsibilities: Support faculty and students to use computer software and hardware
Support computer lab operations : Extend appropriate procedures, respond to queries and document resolution of repetitive issues. Respond to queries and introduce students to use of computers and peripheral equipment. Develop records of students involving in computerized instructional support. Log equipment damage and malfunctions.
Manage laboratory software, test materials and hardware to ensure security. Handling inquiries and incoming work requests from university level & Students. Taking and distributing messages to broader groups. Reviewing student’s files and records to answer requests for information . Maintaining filing systems . Updating and maintaining databases . Controlling basic accounting functions such as checking invoices and making deposits
