Brief Description:
- Sparksupport Infotech is a software development company at Infopark Kakkanad with more than a decade of experience in IT Industry. We are in search of Linux Server Engineer with some experience in building or contributing to engineering of Software products and services.

Role Description:
- Manage remote IT infrastructure of global and national clients.
- Interact closely with developers for release management.
- Improve Linux architecture and operations.
- Associate with other IT engineers to research and implement new technologies.
- Create and maintain system documentation.
- Day to day administration, support, monitoring, and tuning of Linux.
Preferred Skills Required:
- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) Preferred.
- Willing to work in a 24*7 Environment.
- Experience with Hosting Control Panels (CPanel/WHM/Plesk).
- Basic installation, server security, server monitoring.
- Excellent understanding of SMTP, HTTP, FTP, IMAP, POP, Exim.
- Installation and modification of Apache, Bind, DNS, PHP, MySQL, Perl.
- Managing server Backup/Restore.
- DNS Management.
- Strong understanding of network services (DNS, HTTP, SNMP).
- Knowledge of one or more scripting languages (Ruby, Python).
- Knowledge of security tools and protocols (e.g. SSH, SSL, TCP wrapper, nmap, COPS, Tripwire, etc.).
- Understanding of basic network concepts, familiarity with TCP/IP and VLAN functionality.
- Experience with PXE booting Linux Based OS installs.
- Strong understanding on LVM, x86 hardware knowledge, Hardware/OS RAID concepts and familiar with Linux OS recovery process..
- Willingness to closely adhere to audit and compliance standards and requirements.
Skills Required:
- AWS certification.
- Cloud Technologies: AWS EC2, ECS, S3, IAM, RDS, ELB, Elastic BeanStalk, Lambda, EBS, Redshift, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, DynamoDB, VPC, Route53, CloudTrail, AWS Config..
