Job Description
Preparing Documentation of Finished-Goods Sales Invoices for Finished Goods to Customers & Interplant , Returnable Challans, Report . Arrangement of Transport Vehicles as per Material Dispatch Plan/Urgency & made Critical DespatcheTrolley Management System Arrangement of Empty Logistics (Trolleys & Pallets) as per their Requirement. & Issue to Production Dept. Preparation of 4(5) a challans & as per Material Requirement, Arrange the Veh. & Logistics & send Material to Sub-Contractor, receiving & Making Re-conciliation. Working at Dispatch Department for Packing & Dispatches of Finish goods & as well as Bumper to MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA LTD PUNE. As per Schedule Requirement given by Planning Dept. Report Preparation of All Types of reports of Logistics Related such as Coverage Shortage Summary for Daily Plan of (Customer/Interplant), Slow-moving/Non-moving Material-reports & submit to Sr.Mgr
