Customer Service for Financial Services involves developing applications on top of the CRM à PRPC platform in the financial services domain. This team is part of the bigger CRM-FS group viz. (CSFS - > Customer service for Financial Services), (PMFS -> Pega Marketing for Financial Services), (Sales Automation for Financial Services).
This team is primarily responsible for delivering micro journeys (service processes); product development, supporting sales teams, showcasing product innovation, customer SRs and contributing to the Pega platform and overall CRM development. This team specializes in unique skill sets of Financial services domain knowledge and experience, Microjourneys, customer empathy and knowledge about digital channels like chat/bot/self-service and analytics and NLP.

What You'll Do At Pega
- Build world class Financial Services Microjourneys/service processes across channels using Pega’s low code development platform (App Studio) leveraging best practices
- Contribute to low code application development around building out personas, customer composites, reports and dashboards
- Continued adaptation and improvement, throughout the whole lifecycle of a digital transformation
- Understand and deliver solutions to the business problem with empathy
- Work as part of a collaborative Agile team working in a SCRUM model
- Adhere to Pega’s low code design and development best practices
- Technologies you will work on – Pega low-code platform (which is build using all the market leading technologies) – Low Code App Factory
- Familiar with business processes in banking and financial industry and has strong Customer Service orientation .
- Ability to understand and learn the low-code platforms
- Ability to understand the changing business needs and build web/mobile/self-service applications
- Align with business and development teams to deliver the business needs faster
- Work with visual tools (low-code) and suggest enhancements
- Ability to take an ownership of Microjourneys delivery
- Passionate about learning new technologies and innovation
- Very good presentation and communication skills
- Working experience in an agile/scrum team environment
- 3-5 years of Finance domain experience in designing, developing and delivering the business processes/workflow that addresses changing business needs.
- Collaborated with business users and subject-matter experts to establish technical vision and analysis for business usability and performance requirements.
- Hands on business workflows design and development using Visual IDE’s (Low code development tools)
- Basic knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and UI is preferred but not a must. Should be able to quickly learn to do basic trouble shooting of the exceptions/errors during workflow designing/developing
- Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience
- Partner with internal clients, like Product Managers, to deliver World-class software
- Along with web and enterprise application development experience it is required to have exposure and hands on analytics (Predictive/Adaptive) and any decisioning tool.
- Good Knowledge about building applications that are easily localizable and work in different languages using NLP technology.
