Job Role 1: International Global Support – L1
Designation: Tech Support Engineer.
Detailed Eligibility:
- Night Shift
- Only Male Candidate
- Pick-up & drop available
- 5 days working in a week, Candidates should be flexible to work in shifts.
Mandatory Skills:
- Standard English written, verbal communication skills and technical skills.
- Will support clients in the US and UK region.
- Assist on the queries of HP products and give resolution within the given SLA.
- Must know the basics of computer application.
- Should be willing to work for 24/7 environment.
- Should be able to join on immediate basis.
Job Description :
- Positive attitude with learning ability & grasping power.
- Good knowledge on Windows troubleshooting, Exchange and other MS Office applications.
- Experience with hardware and software issues
- Good know of computers (Basics, MS Office) with known call logging software is advantage like Remedy, HP OV, Service tracker & etc.
- Should be able to prepare & produce reports.
- Should be able to analyze the call & to provide support to the user (including Remote Desktop support)
- Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
Job Role 2: India Support – L1
Designation: Technical Support
Mandatory Skills:
- Languages known must include : English, Hindi
- Only Male Candidate
Job Description :
