Job Role 1: International Global Support – L1
Designation: Tech Support Engineer.
 
Detailed Eligibility: 
  • Night Shift
  • Only Male Candidate
  • Pick-up & drop available
  • 5 days working in a week, Candidates should be flexible to work in shifts.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Standard English written, verbal communication skills and technical skills.
  • Will support clients in the US and UK region.
  • Assist on the queries of HP products and give resolution within the given SLA.
  • Must know the basics of computer application.
  • Should be willing to work for 24/7 environment.
  • Should be able to join on immediate basis.
Job Description :
  • Positive attitude with learning ability & grasping power. 
  • Good knowledge on Windows troubleshooting, Exchange and other MS Office applications. 
  • Experience with hardware and software issues
  • Good know of computers (Basics, MS Office) with known call logging software is advantage like Remedy, HP OV, Service tracker & etc. 
  • Should be able to prepare & produce reports. 
  • Should be able to analyze the call & to provide support to the user (including Remote Desktop support)
  • Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
 
Job Role 2: India Support – L1 
Designation: Technical Support

Mandatory Skills:
  • Languages known must include : English, Hindi
  • Only Male Candidate
Job Description :
