Qualification : 10+2+3 (Graduate / Diploma )               

Certification :  MCP / Exhange Trained   

Experience :  2-3 Years

Job Description : 

• Basic Understanding of Active Directory and Exchange Architecture .
• Perform  Monitoring of Critical Mail Application Parameters using the Tool
• Create, modify and delete mail boxes, mail box stores and DLs
•  Create, modify and delete mailboxes, distribution lists and contacts
• Configure and manage connectors and connection documents
• Manage message queues
• Perform periodic mail performance tuning as per Customer’s policy
• Adhere to checklists for mail maintenance as provided
• Configure client access to SMTP services
• Perform mailbox quota management
• Perform compacting and cleaning of the mail databases
• Configure client access to POP, IMAP and HTTP services and webmail as per the details provided by Customer
• Configure message store quotas and partitions.
• Taking Backup of Exchange Servers .
• Mail box Restoration
