Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures.
- Conduct regular inspections and condition monitoring of machines.
- Analyze maintenance data to predict potential failures and take preventive actions.
- VMC, HMC, Vacuum brazing, Oven PM.
2. Troubleshooting & Repairs
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures.
- Supervise and perform repairs to restore equipment functionality.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians and contractors for specialized repairs.
- VMC, HMC, Vacuum brazing, Oven repair & maintenance.
3. Equipment Installation & Upgrades
- Oversee the installation of new machines and systems.
- Ensure proper calibration and alignment for optimal performance.
- Recommend and implement upgrades to improve efficiency and safety.
4. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to workplace safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety procedures.
- Train maintenance staff and machine operators on best practices.

5. Cost & Inventory Management
- Monitor maintenance budgets and control costs.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
- Optimize maintenance strategies to reduce expenses while improving reliability.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, failures, and corrective actions.
- Prepare reports on equipment performance and maintenance KPIs.
- Develop maintenance manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
7. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Analyse machine performance and suggest efficiency improvements.
- Implement new technologies and best practices for maintenance management.
- Lead maintenance-related projects and process optimizations.
