Job Responsibilities
Audit & Assurance
- Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits under supervision.
- Perform vouching, verification, and documentation of financial records.
- Prepare working papers and maintain audit files as per firm standards.
Accounting & Compliance
- Support in preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Notes).
- Assist in GST return filing, TDS return filing, and basic income tax work.
- Help with reconciliation of accounts — bank, vendor, customer, GST, TDS.
Client Coordination
- Communicate with clients to obtain data, clarifications, and documents.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure timely follow-ups.
Data & Documentation
- Prepare Excel working sheets, MIS reports, and summaries as required.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits, compliance, and internal records.
General Support
- Support seniors during field audits, client meetings, and compliance reviews.
- Handle routine office tasks related to audit and accounting work.
Skills Required
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
- Basic knowledge of Tally and Income Tax Portal
- Ability to analyze data and prepare working papers
- Good communication & time-management skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in audit, taxation & finance
Working Hours
10:30 am to 7:00 pm
