Management Associate
Job Description
We are looking for driven professionals to work with a mid-sized law firm with offices in Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru with their Management Team that encompasses strategic management, operations and execution related work with our Practice Development, Finance & Accounts, HR, IT and Administration teams as well as the Partners across offices.
Prior experience in these fields is not necessary, however, we require the candidate to possess the desire to work across management verticals and be interested in understanding and contributing towards the inner workings of a legal organisation.
The roles and responsibilities to be undertaken by the group includes:
Practice Development
o Build Collateral Related to Firm Insights
o Build Internal and External Knowledge Dissemination and Communication Plans
o Provide Support to Partners for Practice Area Development
o Firm Identity Management
o Coordination on Deal/Mandate Reporting and Submissions
o Generating Relevant MIS Reports
Finance & Accounts
o Banking & Accounts
o Tax Planning Management
o Monitoring Financial Transactions
o Budgeting & Financial Forecasts
o Generating Relevant MIS Reports
HR
o Hiring and Recruitment Support
o Intern Management
o Leave Management
o Appraisals & Evaluations
o Coordinating and Conducting Training Sessions
o Departure Management
o Timesheet Management
o Generating Relevant MIS Reports
IT
o Acquiring and Maintaining IT Assets and Licenses/Subscriptions
o Installing Systems and Software
o System Security and Troubleshooting
o Stay Updated with Latest IT Developments
