Job Description
- Handle HR processes end to end with the existing HR team at the company Plan
and coordinate recruitment at various levels and positions.
- Actively involve and execute the learning and development activities of the
company.
- Undertake and implement projects of relevance to the company on need basis.
- Interact with shop floor employees as and when required.
- Any other topics that may be of interest to team and company.
- Full time PGDM/MBA OR MSW or MHRM students from 2017-18 batch.
- Excellent subject knowledge and analytical & problem solving skills
Strong written/oral and communications
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team .
- Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of the organization
- The candidate must have scored more than 60% throughout academics(10,12,UG,PG)
- Candidate should NOT have had any history of arrears.
- Full time PGDM/MBA - HR/IR majors or MSW or MHRM from 2017-18 batch.
