Purpose

Responsible for creating in-depth profiles of target companies & finding contact information of key prospects

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in their prospecting efforts by creating in-depth profiles of target companies & finding key contact information like Email addresses and phone numbers of decision makers
  
• Build and maintain prospect lists for assigned territories
  
• Help the sales team in their B2B prospecting efforts by building multiple lead lists based on various business attributes like type of industry, location & company size
  
• Use multiple sources of information like news alerts, social media, online databases, events & trade shows to build a list of prospects who are receptive to Yumployee’s products and services
  
• Prepare in-depth company profiles that include various attributes like business description, financial information, industry, competition, locations & company structure.
  
• Build, manage & update prospect database constantly ensuring that all contact information recorded is accurate and Up-to-date.
  

Key Requirements For Success

• Marketing degree with good knowledge in presales research & marketing functions
  
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment
  
• Computer savvy, knowledge of internet and related technologies would be an added advantage
  
• Creative problem-solving skills, Ability to work in teams and transform strategy into results
  
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
  
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and internet search tools
