Position Summary:
- This tastefully curated and a specialized Management Consulting firm located in Bangalore caters to a vast portfolio of people and business needs for clients across various industry segments in India.
- We are currently seeking a talented and proactive Management Trainee for our office in Bangalore, Karnataka.
- This individual will work closely with the Chief Consultant and be exposed to all aspects of operational, executional and design processes in response to our client needs while being given substantial opportunities to make substantive contributions.
- We are seeking bright and dedicated candidates capable of successfully securing managerial roles over the next 12 months.
- We pride ourselves in being able to help Management Trainees acquire the advanced learning skills and practices to be successful professionals in the future.
- The ideal candidate should be achievement oriented and an organized self-starter and who thrives in a fast paced start-up/ entrepreneurial environment.
- Must possess strong English speaking ability and fluency in a second, preferably any regional language would be a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree either in humanities, commerce, business management would be preferred, but not limiting to any other degree holders who wish to work in the consulting industry.
- The person should be agile and open to cope with challenges that arise while building this company.

Responsibilities
- Proactively participate in design & delivery of key initiatives / projects based for our clients
- Support on-going projects and remain accessible for communication & coordination
- Conduct both primary & secondary research to assess trends, techniques & relevant information so as to offer the best solutions to our clients at all times
- Support internal communication, social media marketing activities
Relationship
- Reports to the Managing Partner
- Collaborates closely with other managers and executives
