Hiring for Multinational Design Company
Responsibilities:1. Assisting and working on all operational activities like HR, Finance, Recruitment, Training and Admin
2. Assisting with managing and tracking the organizational inventory
3. Reporting on inventory risks and availability
4. Ensuring/Verifying accuracy of bills submitted by vendors and timely payments.
5. Documentation of HR, Finance, Admin, IT and Inventory files
6. Understand and assist in the HR end to end process
7. Understand and assist in the recruitment process
8. Understand and assist in the training and L&D planning
9. Ad-hoc admin tasks as required 10. Any other tasks within the purview of operations
