MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Job Description

Runaway Productions is a company specializing in different verticals viz. entertainment industry, content distribution and B2B consulting and research with clients of national and global reach. We are seeking a team member, an enthusiastic research+social media management trainee to help out with multiple tasks for its on going projects and for new business ideas under development.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with and assist the Research Director/s and Founders. Understand the research and media work going on, and assist in tasks associated with the same.
• Required skills include excellence at MS Office Suite of programs. Formatting, creating dynamic TOC, report layout, adding pictures, graphics, tables and charts, PPTs with an overall sense of aesthetics.
• Experience in functioning independently and being dependable are critical.
• A basic understanding of the media industry, B-to-B market research and the process of conducting in-depth online research and ability to present lucid findings is required.
• Keep social platforms of the company updated. Identify means & execute activities to amplify its presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management or marketing stream preferred
• Minimum of six months to one year of work/ internship experience
• Enjoy deep dive research in B2B segment, assist in making reports and presentation
• Update existing and create new database for research insights and pitches.
• Can work with minimal supervision directly with the company management
• Writing skills and sharp language are essential
• Prior experience in a media or marketing company will be an advantage.
• Demonstrable execution skills are critical
