Job Description
- The candidate will be assisting for all the compliances related work as per the Companies Act and SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 and also other various type of Corporate laws.
- Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries.
Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders. - Drafting of Agenda and minutes of Holding and Subsidiary Company of Board Meeting and Annual General Meeting
- RBI & NBFC Compliance.
