Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for Graduate Freshers to join us as Management Trainees at our manufacturing plant in Kaman. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to begin a rewarding career in the manufacturing industry. Selected candidates will undergo on-the-job training in different departments including production, quality control, stores, maintenance, and administration.

The goal of the training program is to equip candidates with practical knowledge, cross-functional exposure, and the skills required to take on permanent roles within the plant after successful completion of the training period.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of a Management Trainee will vary depending on the department assigned, but generally include:

1. Learning and Training

  • Participate in day-to-day operations in the assigned department.

  • Learn about production workflows, safety procedures, quality standards, and plant operations.

  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to understand functional processes.

  • Attend regular review meetings, technical sessions, or assessments as part of the training.

2. Department-Specific Duties

Depending on the department assigned, trainees may perform the following:

Production:

  • Assist in monitoring machine operations, assembly lines, or packaging processes.

  • Maintain logs, production reports, and ensure adherence to targets and timelines.

Quality Control:

  • Inspect materials and finished products based on specifications.

  • Document non-conformities, support audits, and ensure quality assurance standards.

Stores/Inventory:

  • Help manage raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts inventory.

  • Update stock records, support dispatch/receiving functions.

Maintenance:

  • Observe maintenance activities and learn preventive and breakdown maintenance protocols.

  • Support technicians in keeping equipment operational.

Administration/HR:

  • Assist with basic documentation, attendance, reporting, and employee record-keeping.

  • Support internal communication and coordination activities.

3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate daily logs, observations, and learnings.

  • Submit weekly progress reports to department heads.

  • Identify areas for improvement or innovation and provide feedback.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BMS, BA, B.Tech, etc.). Technical or non-technical streams are both accepted.

  • Experience: Freshers only. No prior experience is necessary.

  • Location: Candidates must reside in or near the following areas:

    • Naigaon, Virar, Juchandra, Kaman, Bhiwandi or surrounding regions.

    • Pick-up and drop facility available only from Naigaon.

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing plant environment.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

  • Basic communication skills in Hindi and/or Marathi. English is a plus.

  • Punctuality, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Physically fit to handle factory floor activities if needed.

Work Conditions

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6-day work week)

  • Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Transportation: Pick-up and drop facility is available to and from Naigaon only

  • Location: On-site at our manufacturing plant in Kaman
