Job Description
- Designation : Management Trainee – Business Development
- Location: Bangalore
- Salary : 2,40,000 (MBA Marketing Fresher)

- Candidate should have above 60% in all Academic year
- Should have good communication skill
- Will be a part of the sales and marketing team.
- Will be trained in various aspects of sales and marketing from some of the best
enterprise sales managers in the country today.
- Will be trained in the products and services offered by CCS.
- Will receive training on world-class CRM products like Sales
Force, Microsoft Dynamics etc.
- Work with the team is understanding the product and solution offering.
- Assist the team in marketing, lead generation,
solution pitch, research and analysis on market segments etc.
- Cold calling and lead generation.
- Research and build a strong database of
prospective clients and key decision makers. (via outbound calling, email
communications and other marketing methods)
- Demonstration of Fixed scope CRM solutions and
qualifying the opportunities.
- Keeping track for appointments and maintain call
reports.
- Regular follow-ups over the phone & emails
for closing the sales.
- Closing the deal electronically or in person.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the
prospects/clients.
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities in CRM
and provide update on a weekly basis.
- Maintain and expand database of prospective
customers within the given territory.
- Responsible for meeting monthly metrics such as setting appointments and identifying new prospects.
