Sales Profile in General Trade Vertical in an FMCG company
Job ResponsibilitiesValue and Volume Achievement:
Please Note This is an off roll position with a contractual period of 1 year. Basis performance during the 1 year period, individual will be taken on-roll
Job ResponsibilitiesValue and Volume Achievement:
- Deliver both Primary and Secondary business in Value and Volume as per Target.
- Execute NPD launch(Value/Volume and distribution target).
- Achieve overall coverage plan & drive SKU level effective coverage.
- Managing Distributor profitability and engagement.
- Managing Receivables from distributors.
- Ensure automation and other required infrastructure at the distributor point.
- Storage of goods as per company guidelines.
- Ensure authenticity and regularity of Distributors claims.
- Effective utilization of trade spend.
- Adhere to PDPs and other process guidelines of Organization.
- Optimize BEAT Planning and coverage plan of the distributor.
