Job Description

·         Responsible for taking all customer calls at a direct line, this person will be the first point of contact for customers.

·         He or she will screen the customer based on requirement and location and basically build a Customer Relationship Management.

·         Will also be responsible to do an end to end follow up / tracking on the customer from inquiry stage to closing the loop on the customer.
