Manager – HR
No. of positions & Job Location : One Position in Pilani Campus
Qualification and Personal Profile: MBA/PGDM with 8- 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources with exposure to setting up / managing HR processes
Other Skill and Ability Requirements : Knowledge of HR processes such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management System, Training & Development etc.
Hands on experience on relevant ERP modules (Peoplesoft / SAP). Communicating with impact, Relationship management skills, Process orientation, People management skills
Compensation: Suitable candidate will be placed in Level 11 with a minimum pay of Rs. 67,700/- per month plus DA and other benefits as per Institute Norms.
