Job Responsibilities:

Work with team and remotely manage the recruitment drives/events(may the need arise)
Maintaining rapport with the technical team that conduce to a good productive working environment
Liaison with the corporate for raw talent scouting
Facilitating relationship channels with the MNCs and SMEs by expertly handling communication correspondences
Should represent company(virtually if not physically) forums related to talent hiring
Should keep track of the developments in the recruitment industry and hence complement the team working on upskilling/training.
