Program Overview
We are offering a structured 6-month Manager Training Program designed to equip enthusiastic individuals with leadership, communication, and operational management skills. This program is ideal for freshers and young professionals who are passionate about building a successful career in management across various business domains.
Selected candidates will undergo an intensive training period with free food and accommodation provided by the company. Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will be appointed as full-time Managers with a starting salary of ₹35,000+ per month.
