Job Description
Job Summary
The incumbent plays a critical role in supporting REEDS in achieving its fundraising effort, providing Research and Technical support to social development programs. Develop and manage social media channels/profiles and digital content (infographics, and other communications materials) for greater community engagement. Strong Program Management background and skill in implementing social development programs.
Education:
- Graduate/postgraduate degree in population studies/Rural management/rural development/social sciences/ Mass Communication
- IT literate (MS Office and Statistical software)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of expertise in Program Operationalization and implementation
- Experience in developing comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation, and learning (MEL) frameworks as well as support in the execution of program activities.
- Knowledge of digital applications and social media networks and platforms
- Familiarity with research methodologies and skill in data analysis.
- Proven written, and verbal communication and training skills
Salary: The salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and skills of the candidate.
Language: English, Hindi, & Telugu (Preferred)
