3. nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Sound Knowledge of Plastic, Rubber amp; Metal Parts.

4. nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Knowledge of PPAP audit.

5. nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Experience New Component Development.

6. nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Experience in PFD, FMEA, Control Plan, MPPS.

7. nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Hands on Experience in handling / operating Testing Equipments such as VMM/Tensile / Force tester, Pressure / Vacuum Test Set up, Gauges, Temperature Humidity Chamber, Resistance Measurement etc.

8. nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Knowledge in Preparation of Jigs and Fixtures for testing activity.

9. nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Knowledge of SOC/IMDS.

10. nbsp; MS Excel Knowledge / SAP Knowledge.

11. nbsp; Knowledge of Polymer Raw Material will be an added advantage.

1. nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Conduct audit at Supplier end.

2. nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Make Follow up with Supplier and ensure closure of all points

3. nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Prepare Gemba with all processes with Work Instructions before SOP.

4. nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;Responsible for conducting the test at outside lab or at supplier end as per testing plan.

5. nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Preparation of Reports with the records and send to Supplier.

6. nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Verifying effectiveness of actions communicated by Supplier.

7. nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; For Imported part defect Analyze amp; get closed the concern through GQRS-C.

8. nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Inspection of parts (In case of part approval).

9. nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Monitoring ICSN amp; QAI.

12. nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; SOC compliance for direct and indirect material.

13. nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Support in localization for verification amp; validation of parts.
