Qualification : Any Graduate from a reputed University / Institute with minimum 60% marks can apply. Preference will be given for additional professional qualification
Experience : Minimum 3 years post qualification work experience and not less than 2 years as branch /section head in processing / sanctioning of credit proposals with any scheduled Commercial Bank or HFC’s is mandatory.
Scale of Pay : Rs.28000 – 1050/1 – 29050 – 1200/12 – 43450 Gross pay – Rs. 53561/-. (Overall Annual Gross emoluments- Rs. 9.70 lakhs approximately
Age : The candidate applying for the post of Manager must have attained the age of 25 yrs and must not have attained the age of 30 years as on 01/11/17, i.e. the candidate must have been born not earlier than 01/11/1987 and not later than 01/11/1992.
Probation & Service Bond :
A) The selected candidates in the cadre of “Manager& Senior Manager” will be on probation for a period
one year from the date of joiningwhich, if required, may be extendable to another one year. On
satisfactory completion of probation, services will be confirmed as per CFHL Staff Service Regulations,
amended from time to time.
B) The candidates applying for the above posts are advised to note that if selected, they will be required to execute a “Service Bond” of Rs. 1 lakh with a surety for serving the Company at least for a period of 3 years of active service. In the event of his /her resignation from the post before this period, the Manager/Senior Manager will be required to indemnify and refund the bond amount to the Company.
