Job Description
Job Summary
The Partner Technician is responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Kohler products and systems at customer locations. The role ensures high-quality technical service, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Install and commission Kohler products/equipment at customer sites.
Diagnose technical faults and perform repairs and preventive maintenance.
Handle customer service requests and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain service reports, installation records, and warranty documentation.
Coordinate with channel partners, dealers, and internal teams for service support.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and technical guidelines.
Educate customers on product usage and maintenance practices.
Support spare parts management and inventory tracking.
Attend technical training programs and stay updated on new products.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in installation or servicing of technical equipment/products.
Knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to travel for onsite service assignments.
Basic computer and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with plumbing, sanitaryware, generators, or industrial equipment.
Understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
