Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source deals with respect to standalone co-living buildings/stand-alone apartment buildings/operational PGs
2. Work on establishing the first contact with the owner/decision-maker for such buildings
3. Work on capturing and maintaining data for the assigned micro-market
4. Regularly take and update the micro-market study
5. Analyze the same and come up with the trend for the micro-market.
6. Ensure high conversion through astute interpersonal and negotiation skills
