Roles & Responsibilities:- 

• Ensuring a steady stream of high-quality research outputs and combining (distinguishing/drawing  conclusions from) the results to design and improve services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, global IT trends, recruitment trends and best practices. 
• Conduct research (data-driven primary & secondary research) to learn about best IT industry practice hiring practices and employer demands.
• Conducting secondary research and literature reviews.
• Designing survey instruments and ensuring that survey is being conducted properly.
• Gather data about consumers, competitors, and market conditions.
• Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls.
• Cleaning data required for the analysis of a study.
• Ensuring project documentation is complete and well maintained.
• Analyze data using statistical software.
• Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.
