Job Description

Job Profile: Marketing and Sales Support Executive

Gender: Male only

Qualification: 10th Pass or above

Location: Lal Darwaja, Surat

100% Field work

Location: Vapi to Surat

Other benefit: Incentive, mobile phone and traveling allowance

South Gujarat's Local Candidate will be given first preference.

Salary will be decided as per qualification, experience and Interview Performance

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support:

Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, quotations, and sales documents.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales pipelines, and contact records using CRM tools.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales emails to ensure timely communication and conversions.
Schedule meetings, demos, and calls for the sales team with clients and prospects.
Help organize and coordinate client onboarding processes.

2. Marketing Coordination:

Support marketing campaigns by coordinating digital promotions, email marketing, social media posts, and offline events.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, product catalogs, and email templates.
Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and promotional channels.
Work with external vendors or in-house designers to produce marketing collateral.
Manage the company’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or industry-specific directories.

3. Market Research and Lead Generation:

Research target industries, companies, and customer segments to identify new business opportunities.
Compile databases of leads through online research, LinkedIn, industry directories, and trade show contacts.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to provide insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Gather and organize feedback from customers and sales staff to improve offerings or communication.

4. Event and Campaign Support:

Assist in organizing webinars, product launches, trade shows, and other promotional events.
Handle pre-event and post-event communication, registration coordination, and logistics.
Track participation and follow-up with attendees after marketing events.

5. Reporting and Analytics:

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, campaign results, and lead conversion rates.
Use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM analytics to track KPIs and present data to management.
Help maintain dashboards and sales tracking systems.

6. Administrative Tasks:

Manage communication between the sales/marketing teams and other departments such as operations or finance.
Maintain organized records of contracts, proposals, client communication, and project timelines.
Assist with documentation and submission of invoices, order forms, and internal approvals.
