Roles and Responsibilities
· Identify an enquire, Listen to a potential client and suggest suitable housing
· Cold call prospects, upsell our offerings, and create enquire.
· Update these Enquire on the system (BMS) and make sure the prospect goes through the sales Funnel
· Build a rapport with the prospect and make sure you convert it to a sale.
· Manage your leads and be fresh with their status.
· Coordinate with the Marketing team to understand latest deals.
· Conduct Market research to identify new selling opportunities in the local target group and competitor pricing to stay updated on real-estate.
· Receive an approval from the management for any negotiations and make sure you close the sale
· Work as a team with onsite and off site employees
· Ensure that the interactions/Communication with customers are in line to the vision of our company
· Achieve assigned targets.
