Job Description:
  • Designation:Marketing Executive
  • Location:Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad
  • Educational Qualification:B.E/B.Tech (Any Specialization)+ MBA (Marketing) 
  • Experience:0-2 Year
  • Art directing, storyboarding and message development for creative design work for various Online and Offline Advertisements, Signage and Marketing Material.
  • Decide, develop & execute Media & Advertisement Plan for Print, Outdoor, and Electronics & Online Media to generate Qualified Leads. 
  • Decide, develop & execute Bulk Mailing & Telemarketing Campaigns to sourced external database & present customer database for Lead Generation. 
Selling Support Tool & Corporate Marketing Tool Development 
  • Decide & develop Selling Support Tools, Corporate Marketing Tools & Product Presentations to have clear, concise & consistent message about Product & Service Offerings, Value Propositions, Unique Selling Points, and Corporate Information etc. Manage print production, receipt & its distribution to Regions as well as other Stake Holders.
Website Management
  • Decide, develop & manage more Professional & Exploitable Corporate Website to enhance Visitor Experience by having fresh Look & Feel of the site, Content Management, Image Gallery, Message Board, Newsroom, Catalogue & Video Library, Web Sales Enquiry Management, etc. to improve Web Traffic by SEO (Search Engine Optimization). 
  • Report Visitor Activity Trend in terms of Page Ranking Analysis & Google Analytics Trend.
External Communication 
  • To create & implement a plan of Strategic External Communication directed towards Customers, Media, External Stake Holders i.e. Vendors & Partners, Industry Associations & the community-at-large. 
  • Coordinating Press Releases, Editorials, Newsletters, Company Website Content & Graphics.
Events & Exhibitions 
  • Manage the Trade Show & Event Calendar. Plan, organize, execute and manage Exhibitions, Customer & Partner Events, Industry Events – Seminars & Conferences, Sales Training Sessions & other Corporate Events, from scratch to finish, to strengthen the Brand, spread awareness about Product & Service Offerings & generate leads.
 Internal Communication & Intranet Management 
  • Decide, develop & implement Internal Communication Strategies to keep Company Employees informed about Achievements & Milestones, New Product Launch, Company Events or Updates and Company’s participation at key Exhibitions. 
  • Develop, manage & update blue print of requisite Marketing Business Processes to have Cost Cutting w.r.t. Collateral Printing, Time Saving & Effort Saving. 
  • Manage Marketing Repository (Wealth of Knowledge).
Media & Public Relation
  • Build & Strengthen Long Term Relationship with relevant National & International, Regional & Local Industry & Industrial Business Associations as well as Media People to strengthen the Brand Value & acquire New Customers by associating with them.
 Brand Management 
  • Decide, develop & implement the Strategy for Repeat Communication of the Brand in Multiple Ways with Frequency & Consistency to maintain Branding and Visual Identity Guidelines.
Sales Promotion
  • Decide, develop & execute Short Term & Long Term as well as National & Regional Sales Promotion Schemes & Customer Connect Programs to increase to attract New Customers, to boost up Sales Volume & Profit & ultimately Brand Loyalty. 
  • Institute National & Regional Award Programmes for Suppliers, Partners & Channel Members to strengthen the Business Relationship.
Customer Insight 
  • Decide, develop & execute Market Insight Strategy to evaluate Customer Satisfaction for present & lost Customers.
Market Intelligence 
  • In-Depth Product & Industry Competitive Analysis to support in formulating Future Marketing Strategy. 
  • Development & implementation of Go-To-Market Plan.
