Job Description
- Position Title: - Sales Executive

- To create goodwill about the organization its products and services in the market and among the customer
- Qualification: Minimum 10 + 2 Pass. Diploma, ITI, Graduate
- Age Group: 18- 30 years
- Other Requirements: Presentable, Good Communication Skills in local language Monthly Earnings (Salary) – 5000/-(Fixed stipend) +3000/- (Proficiency allowance) + Commission as per) (First three months as Sales Executive) From 4th Months onwards -8500/- (Fixed salary) +Commission as per slabs and other variables From 6th Months onwards -8800/- (Fixed salary) + other variables From 12th Months onwards-9600/- (Fixed salary) + other variables Variable:
- Annual Incentive & Circle of champion-17000/-, 20000/-, 28000/-, 35000/-)
- Own your bike scheme (OYBS) – After Confirmation Company will provide bike at 42.5% less price.
- Foreign Tour
- Tour in India
- Various Awards & Recognition
- Visiting the consumer home, Retail outlets, Bank. College. Offices etc.
- Taking Appointments
- Giving demonstration of products to the customer
- Closing the sale
- Collection of payment from the customer & submitting the payment to the office & other administrative work
- Daily maintenance of correct customer data in daily activity report
