- Lead generation, sales development of targeted qualified lead and opportunities is a must.
- Meet and exceed revenue and margin goals for the assigned lines of business.
- Responsible for ownership of an opportunity throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy and a sales plan which ensures consistent
- achievement of objectives over the short and long term for both telesales and corporate quota carrying sales coverage model.
- Must need to articulate Panaro Tech value proposition and maintain knowledge of competitors and their solutions.
- Building relationships at the executive level, as well as nurturing and broaden brand loyalty at the mid and lower levels of the Enterprise.
- BBA/MBA graduates from accredited college or university in a related field of study with Good communication and writing skills are mandatory.
- Ability to work as a virtual team member collaboratively with employees within department and across functions.
- Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
- Ability to provide price quotes, Self-motivated and entrepreneurial in your approach to building a sustainable business.
- Excellent relationship building, negotiating, and technical knowledge of Hardware,software and networking is required.
- Demonstrate a well-developed, effective, consultative, relationship-building approach to selling Panaro Tech and partner products into the market.
- The ability to grow revenues to a substantial level, proven ability to 'scale;' bookings growth and net-new customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written. Can tell a story in a credible and compelling manner.
