Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and creative experienced Marketing Executive to join a leading soft furnishing brand headquartered in Nagpur with a strong pan-India presence. The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies to promote a wide range of soft furnishing products such as curtains, blinds, upholstery fabrics, cushions, bed linen, rugs, and home décor accessories.
This position will be responsible for both brand marketing and field marketing coordination, including campaign management, retail marketing support, vendor coordination, digital content supervision, and branch-level communication. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the home décor market, consumer trends, and retail dynamics in India.Female candidate preferred.
The firm is looking for the following skills :
* At Least 1 year of experience in sales
* Prior experience of working with Architects/Interior Designers
* Exceptional sales and customer service skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
* Brilliant presentation skills
* Skilled at negotiation and problem-solving
* At Least 1 year of experience in sales
