Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Executive, you will work closely with other departments to create, implement, and track marketing initiatives aimed at promoting products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning and Execution:

Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.

Coordinate with internal teams to design and produce campaign assets, including visuals, content, and promotional materials.

Execute marketing plans to ensure campaigns are on schedule and meet KPIs.

Content Creation and Strategy:

Develop engaging content for online platforms, social media channels, and marketing collateral.

Assist in writing and editing blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and product descriptions to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement.

Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to create compelling content.

Social Media Marketing:

Manage the company’s social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.

Plan, create, and schedule social media posts to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.

Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies to improve online presence.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, competitors, and opportunities.

Analyze market conditions and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Collect feedback from customers to improve future marketing initiatives.

Event Marketing and Promotion:

Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, webinars, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Promote events via email campaigns, social media, and other channels.

Provide support during events and ensure smooth execution.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

Help generate leads through targeted marketing campaigns and follow-up strategies.

Work with the sales team to convert leads into customers and track the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Monitor and report on campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for future marketing strategies.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for all marketing activities, including web traffic, social media engagement, and sales conversions.

Prepare regular reports and presentations to showcase the performance of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.
