Job Description

We are hiring a passionate and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, promoting our services, and increasing brand awareness in the local market.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute local and digital marketing campaigns.

Conduct field visits and client meetings.

Handle social media and online promotions.

Coordinate with vendors, colleges, or partners.

Generate leads and convert them into clients.

Prepare reports and track marketing performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.

Tamil & English fluency preferred.

Technical Skills:

Digital Marketing: Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing strategies.

Analytics Tools: Experience using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems to analyze marketing performance.
Basic HTML: Knowledge of basic HTML and CMS platforms for content management is beneficial.

Creativity: Ability to develop innovative ideas for campaigns and content that resonate with the target audience.
