Need Marketing Executive to handle Indiamart, Tradeindia, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook marketing. Make and Send quotation and Invoice on PC. Office based job. All works are done from office on PC and mobile.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to handle online marketing and lead generation through platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing and sending quotations and invoices using a PC. This is a fully office-based job with no fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Online Marketing & Lead Management

Manage company profiles on IndiaMART, TradeIndia, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
Post regular updates, offers, and product details on social media platforms.
Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with potential leads.
Generate and track business inquiries from online platforms.

2. Sales Coordination & Documentation

Prepare and send quotations and invoices on the PC.
Maintain customer records, order details, and sales data.
Follow up with clients regarding payments and order confirmations.

3. Digital Engagement & Content Handling

Create engaging posts and promotional content for social media and online platforms.
Assist in running advertising campaigns on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
Monitor online inquiries and respond promptly to customers.
