Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, creative in their approach, and possess a strong understanding of various marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Customer Engagement: Directly interact with customers, gathering feedback, answering questions, and driving engagement for the brand.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as the face of the brand in the field, ensuring that brand messaging and image are consistently represented.
- Market Research: Collect data and insights from the field to inform the marketing team about customer preferences, competitive activities, and market trends.
- Sales Support: Support the sales team by generating leads, managing customer relationships, and ensuring promotional materials are distributed effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, events, and initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
