Job Description
Role: Marketing Intern
We’re looking for energetic and creative individuals who are passionate about marketing, social media, and brand growth. As a Marketing Intern at LilKicks, you’ll gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand promotions, and sales strategies while working with a fast-growing youth brand.

Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Support

Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns.

Help manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Create engaging posts, reels, and stories to increase brand visibility.

Support in running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing campaigns.
2. Market Research & Analysis

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior.

Collect and analyze data to identify new opportunities and business insights.

Share findings with the marketing team for strategy building and decision-making.
3. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through online platforms.

Help manage email campaigns and newsletters for customer retention.

Engage with customers via social media, chat, or community forums.
4. Content Creation & Branding

Contribute to blogs, articles, and marketing copy for websites and campaigns.

Design simple creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.

Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines.
5. Event & Campaign Support

Assist in organizing offline and online events, webinars, and promotional activities.

Coordinate with vendors, influencers, and partners for marketing collaborations.

Track and report campaign performance metrics to improve strategies.
Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEO, and social media platforms.

Creativity and willingness to think outside the box.

Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, or similar tools.

Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
