Job Description
1. Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers
2. Hypothesize business model suitable for the product
3. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales
4. Identify new opportunities and deliver results
5. Be responsible for our store where we are launching our brand produce
6. Interact with customers who visit the store stall to get insight on their preference for perishable vegetables
7. Understand customer buying patterns
8. Learn the current business model and suggest process changes to make us more effective to attract customers and increase sales in stores
9. Understand the current engagement model with the store owner and suggest changes to incentivize them and help them also increase their business
10. Collect data insights through your project across points 2 to 5
11. Focus on innovative ways of helping us acquire customers
12. Be the go-to person for the area and have the passion to build out our customer acquisition strategy and implement the same in the area you are placed
13. Work with the brand marketing team to use collateral effectively to attract customers
14. Build a strong used case to attract other stores based on a scalable model

1. Prior business development or account management experience in FMCG
2. Can start internship by November 6th, 2020
3. Available for 2 to 3 months
4. Hustler, go-getter attitude and open to working with a high growth start-up environment
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per project milestones(incentive is not capped and can be more)).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
